NO CALL NO SHOWS: 50% of services booked PLUS 100% of deposit will be charged and kept for ANY no call no show as they will not be tolerated. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations for any reason must be made at least 24hrs in advance of your appointment date/time or you will lose your deposit 100%. Cancellations made at least 24hrs in advance of appointment date/time will receive 100% of deposit back or have option to leave deposit & move service to another date/time. LATE ARRIVALS/LATE FEES: Late arrivals of no more than 15 minutes may be excused with advanced notification and proper communication with a text message or phone call. Failure to notify of possible late arrival OR arriving after 15 minute window has expired will result in a $15 late fee added/charged to service plus $1 each additional minute thereafter up to 30 minutes max No Exceptions. After 30 minutes your service will be considered cancelled and a $30 fee will be added/charged along with 100% deposit forfeiture & you will need to rebook appointment with an additional non-refundable deposit required. All cancellation/late fees are non negotiable and non refundable no exceptions. Your time is valuable and so is mine.
